Situation with palliative care in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The purpose of this report wastoresearchthesystemof palliative care in Kazakhstan and to develop recommendations on  its improvement and development.

The researchers analyzed palliative care as an integral part of the health care system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, described the existing system of palliative services, gathered and analyzed opinions of various groups regarding the organization of palliative care in the country, identified perspectives and made recommendations for further work in the field of palliative services in Kazakhstan.
